New package release #4

I'd like to suggest a new package release on packagist for this project. A few minutes ago I suggested a change to not throw errors on http code 204 from carddav servers as sabre implementations use them after successful updates. Further, a bugfix with using a wrong classname from 2014 is not part of the release on packagist. https://sabre.io/dav/building-a-carddav-client/

Good idea, I just released v0.1.4, which incorporates your PR.

I skimmed through the article you linked but couldn’t see anything which related to this comment. What is the problem exactly?
