Only 2 fleet slots used

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Running the bot
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I have 8 Fleet slots and none reserved... have tried with one reserved. 
And the bot only seams to use 2 fleet slots when attacking but uses all 
when probing. Under the Bot Status it flashes max fleet slots used... but 
i have heaps spare

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? What 
language is the OGame server in? 
Says v2 but I just downloaded it yesterday. XP, english ogame.org

Please provide any additional information below.
