Attack Planet with Low defense

There is many inactive player have very love defense, like 1 ionCannon or
only Small shield etc.

Is possible in future add a battle simulator function for attack the
inactive with a BS and cargo or other ship?
or an option for select 2 type of ships for attack.
or for example, Attack planet if defense is smaller than .....
