Boosted servers, capture all material, Rescan a planet, Rescan at midnight

i didnt want to post so many issues, i will collect them all at once.

1. Boosted servers
At boosted servers (2x production, 1/2 fleet time), production simulation 
dont do well, so latest espionage reports have always better resource than 
simulated planets.

2. Capture all material
if there is a planet with 10k metal, 10k crystal, 10k deut then 3 small 
cargo loots all. but if its not balanced (15k metal, 10k crystal and 5k 
deut) then u need more than 3 small cargo. And as i see fleet time is not 
counted.

3. Rescan a planet
i check defended inactives, and crush defence. i must reset all data to 
make bot check that planet also, or wait bot checks for still defended.
rescan a planet option would be nice. Or read all reports from manual 
reports.

4. Rescan at midnight
if i dont keep bot on at midnight (0:00 am) then bot dont do rescan 
automatically. forexample, when i close pc at 10pm and open at 8 am, there 
is no scanning for new inactives.

Most of those issues have already been changed in v2.2.
The first one, however, hasn't.
