ogbot.exe - where is it in latest release?

Bot version: 2.2 Beta 9
OGame server language: English
OGame server version: 0.76a
Operating System: XP SP2

Description of the problem:

Hopefully I am just overlooking something very simple.  The latest beta 9
release is a very small download - only about 120k or so - when I unzip it,
I can't find an ogbot.exe file to run.  

How do I run the latest version of the bot?

it is just as code cause its still beta. you should go read FAQ and download 
pyhton, 
Qt and PyQt
