hello, i uderstand that i must send an sms to a number , but if i check
romania , it says this:

 Pentru a primi un cod de acces, sunati la
0906902222

which means i ha ve to call that number not to sms that number ... now i am
confused ... what must i do to obtain that that number ? please respond. thx

A: For some countries payment through SMS is not supported, only payments 
through
phone call. The price is approximately the same.
but what do i say ?  i never did this before ... will i speak with someone ? or 
will
a machine dictate me a code ? ... or , how does it work   ?
