Cargos destroyed

Description of the problem:
It has been already reported on Discussion Board. It seems that Bot does
not verify if the planet is still inactive or is sending attacks to planets
 which has not receive full report (including defence). It results in
destroying ships sent. It is not a big loss but quite annoying. As before
the attack only one probe is sent esp. report does not contain defence data
and is not processed with respect to this data.
