"fleet limit hit" on ogame.ba

Bot version: 2.2d (source)
OGame server language: balkan, yu
OGame server version: v0.76b
Operating System: windows xpsp2

Description of the problem: When webpage in setting of bot is 
"ogame.com.hr" bot logs in, search inactive planets in range and before 
sending probes to spy new inactives just say "fleet limit hit". All slots 
btw. are emty in that moment. "lunch web browser button" works, alarm 
plugin works also.
When i change webpage in bot setting into "ogame.ba" bot gives "OK" status 
and after that python.exe start going crazy and take all available system 
memory and crash, or i must stop thread manualy.
In any other address(uniX.ogame.ba, ogameXXX.de) in webpage setting on  
bot cmd prompt say:

Last couple of days UNIs 1 by 1 was changing adresses from 
http://ogameXXX.de/game/index.php?session=XXXXXXXXXXX
to
http://uniX.ogame.ba/game/index.php?session=XXXXXXXXXXX
Until yesterday morning all works fine.

Version of OGame is 0.76b, at least that say in top left corner of my browser. 
Problems are started when universe moved on different server.

new version ogame require cookies. Make a test, turn off cookies in your 
web-browser
and try send attack. 

in new version information about fleets is in cookie, kovans can,t read it, and 
make
error

Yup, you were right. When cookies are disabled i cant send fleet. Funny but 
there 
still stands 0.76b version.
