problem spying 1st time

Bot version: 2.2d
OGame server language: italian
OGame server version: 0.76c
Operating System: windows XP service pack 2

Description of the problem:

I get this error making the first time spying planet, it happen some times
after have spyed some planet and then the bot go in infinite loop
restarting it's self...

Log contents:

I have tried many times canceling all files, rebooting pc, reinstalling the 
software
... i can't run the bot .... probably someone has changed the ogame sever this 
night?
