2 manual spying problems #247

OGame server language: french
OGame server version: 0.76b
Operating System: Win XP pro

Description of the problem:

1) When you ask the bot to manually spy a planet in the list, not all of
your requests will be followed if you go too fast.

2) A spy report is only updated when a next spying fleet is sent.

Can I ask you why ?

The first point is not very important, yes, but the second one is awkward when 
using
this function.
