Using admirals or commander?: No
Operating System: winxp

Description of the problem:
Know i now, why we are banned.
Because they said, that is impossibel to HUMANS, spying and attacking in a
SHORT TIME.

like, attacking 3 ou 4 planets in 10 secounds.

Im asking if is possivel, reduce the time between atacks and spyings?

This should not happen, since 2.2d there should be a delay between attacks 
bigger 
than that.
