Comments about the Chinese translation should go in this issue. 
The attached chinese.ini is the most complete translation I have knowledge
of, but it is not yet completed.

NOTE: Versions prior to 2.1.2 don't support chinese.

Now with 2.1.2b this language should be able to work.
I've modified a bit the chinese.ini. I attack the latest version.
