the bot doesn't recognize some spy report arrived and consequently cancel a useful planet

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. after few second that the spy report it's arrived the bot say that it's
not arrived and cancel the planet but the reposrt it's arrived and the
planet doesn't have defence.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? What
language is the OGame server in?

Please provide any additional information below.

Please attach the logfiles if necessary  (OGBot.exe.log and
files/log/ogbot.log)
