Tiltpi instructions for touchscreen not loading ui to Node-red #4

I just followed your instructions to the letter, however when I try to get to the page to view the ui it just opens node-red and shows the dashboard saying to add some "ui nodes to your flow"

It seems that I am still not able to install ibleacon for some reason.

Any thoughts?

re did everything, worked. Not sure why it didnt the first time. Thanks
