http://packages.pypy.org/ referes to version 7.1 from april 2019 not to the current 7.3.

//This is important we almost didn't use pypy for a project because of this.

Perhaps we should retire this site.

Could we update this?
Since this is an open-source initiative could we use any CI/CD with some hosting for free?

It would be a waste of cycles. Everything up to tensorflow/pytorch/jax just works (more or less), so we should redo the index.html to "retired, please file a bug if a package cannot be installed on PyPy
