Add an indicator of PR activity #45

Maybe time since last comment, or something more complex that "devalues" comments over time.

Maybe colour the PR number's cell and desaturate it for inactivity.

How about a banana next to each row whose ripeness corresponds to the freshness of activity on the PR. After a while a banana will turn black and begin attracting flies, whose buzzing will be heard over the user's speakers. The intensity of the buzzing will correspond to the number of rotting bananas in the queue.

Any user who successfully unripens a black banana by commenting on the PR shall receive the "Banana Bread" achievement, worth 50 gamerscore.
