The keyboard mapping system is not suitable for all layouts #50

The portuguese keyboard (and possibly other layouts) cannot be correctly mapped and used with the current keyboard handling system. The problem is that the same keycode (0x40000000) is used for more scancodes (48 and 49).

This issue has been addressed in commit 9aff63d47c12a28dbc9ac13fc8a72737eafe9205
