Add cmake to installs #73

Hi barotto, just installing on Windows for first time, noticed cmake was missing from a fresh install, so adding in :) Thank you so much for this project - my first ever PC was a PS/1 and I LOVE that I can have it again.

mingw-w64-x86_64-cmake already in there and adding cmake seems to fix things, but probably not the best way to go!

Hi Mike, I check and update the Windows build instructions just before a new release. However, MSYS2 updates its packages very frequently, which can easily cause issues and break things. I'm going to test under Windows again soon so stay tuned ;)
