Description

Troubleshooting issues in AWS is hard, having to ssh into an instance to troubleshoot the problem is not the best solution
This PR adds the option to send the system logs (/var/log/messages) to CloudWatch
Add and organize new troubleshooting options
Add table of content to pages
Requires https://github.com/fyde/docs/pull/115
