Change CDF variable types #8

The current CDF variable types are set to be much larger than needed. We need to look at the actual min/max values for each data type and set variables accordingly.

Done for GPS and MAGN files.

L2 files seem to be in good shape. L1 needs to use new classes to take advantage of the improvements in L2.
