Locale cleanup & revamp #93

Making the locale honor the en_us one and vanilla locale lines, culling unused lines, purging nonsense translations like Night Lith as "chant of the night", which I don't even know how, Nether Gauntlet as "nether gigantic fist" like it's never gonna open and expose the palm, and Obsidilith (Obsidian with a -lith suffix in monolith, clearly) as “dragon crystal structure”. Dude knows that “dragon crystal” is too obscure to be an understandable alt name for obisidian that they even annotated in the locale saying that it's from ancient time, maybe it's a little bit too hard for them to just call obsidian the way vanilla minecraft calls it.

I won't be releasing this because this branch is on an old minecraft version - if you want the 1.19.3 please open a request on that branch
