Apache Tomcat upgrade to v9.0.31. (setup was also broken)

Fixed

Typo in log messages.
Sublime Text APT repository which was broken.
Ubuntu core software now it's installed ok and before custom software.

Removed

Heroku toolbelt. It's not used anymore as a daily tool and it also ask for credentials.
Freemind because it's broken and it's no longer being developed.

Why do we need this?

To be able to run the script just once.
