Check viability of reverting to XSLT 1.0 to enable .NET Core migration #10

Check all of the XSLT for the exporters and see how difficult it is to have the same functionality but only using XSLT 1.0.

This was resolved, the only element using XSLT 2.0 functionality was the chain template which was used to build the navigation.
