As a visitor, I can see a carousel of highly-rated posters on the homepage so that I can easily find popular posters.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] A carousel is displayed on the homepage showing posters with the highest ratings.
[ ] Each poster in the carousel shows its title, thumbnail image, and average rating.
[ ] The carousel automatically cycles through the posters and allows manual navigation.
