As a user I can search for inventory items using specific keywords so that I can quickly find items that match my interests.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Acceptance Criteria 1: Users can enter keywords into a search bar.
[x] Acceptance Criteria 2: The system filters inventory items based on the entered keywords.
[x] Acceptance Criteria 3: The results display items with matching keywords in the title, description, or keywords field.
