As a user I can group inventory items by franchise so that I can view all items related to a specific franchise in one place.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Acceptance Criteria 1: Users can select a franchise from a list or dropdown.
[x] Acceptance Criteria 2: The system displays all inventory items belonging to the selected franchise.
[x] Acceptance Criteria 3: Items are grouped visually by the franchise on the page.
