As a user I can group inventory items by category so that I can browse items based on their types or themes.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Acceptance Criteria 1: Users can select a category from a list or dropdown.
[x] Acceptance Criteria 2: The system displays all inventory items belonging to the selected category.
[x] Acceptance Criteria 3: Items are grouped visually by category on the page.
