As a admin I can set pricing on items for sale so that the user can browse reduced items

[x] Acceptance Criteria 1: The admin panel allows setting items on sale with a designated sale category.
[x] Acceptance Criteria 2: Items marked for sale automatically receive a 25% reduction from their original price.
[x] Acceptance Criteria 3: The new sale price is accurately reflected in the cart when a user adds a sale item.

added separate sizes for sale items which can be selected from the admin panel, this will have a fixed 25% off and send to the cart
