Fix readme & example config.ini using incorrect name for database name option #3

For me this was causing whatever was put in Database = config option to be ignored and data got dumped into the default speedtests.

I think this is the only place it is shown.

I need to double check why this is happening before merging. Pretty sure something got carried over from the old code base that is causing it to default.
