User story

As a student user I need to see a footer So I know I reached the end of the page

Tasks

[ ] make a new feature on a component
[ ] whatever, some more code
[ ] pre req: a component on our PRODUCT
[ ] create an issue card, give user story about feature
[ ] different team, not same
[ ] it must be tested, I must test
[ ] write a test: computer or a time -traveler from the past
[ ] exactly what to do
[ ] go to URL of repo, click on the green button, go to dev box open,
[ ] go to Heroku,,, click on this, can you see this? ctrl-f:"
