Commentary

After taking the Enneagram test

• I was given the Type 5 personality type which is The Investigator.

One strength of this type is the desire to understand the environment they are in leading to a constant state of learning this trait can help on a developer team as the programming landscape is everchanging.

The weakness is the fear of being overwhelmed with the needs of themselves and others this leads to the withdrawal of relationships. On a developer team, it will be important for me not to overwhelm myself or withdraw from the work relationships I will create as this can lead to lower productivity.
