Captain doesn't speak at the end?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Beat the game
2. Ending cutscene

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Captain talking about SaMatra.
Possibly ending where the characters all talk? That does happen, right?

Need this tested. Is it only me?
Possibly no music?

At least the music files are NOT present and accounted for.

Errors:
"Requested track 'base/cutscene/ending/victory2.mod' not found.
Requested track 'base/cutscene/ending/victoryf.mod' not found."

You need to download the Ur-Quan masters base content package from UQM download 
page, copy these files to UQM-HD and add them to SVN.

About the captain's speech: Was there even speech in original SC2 (or 3DO)?? If 
there was, it could be the same - missing speech file / .ts file that will need 
to be downloaded to 3dovoice folder.

Music fixed. As far as I know, there is no speech for the end sequence.
