1280x960 and 640x480: Poor Chenjesu doggies need a dying animation in hi-res modes #160

Chenjesu doggies have a death animation in 320x240. In hi-res modes all the 
same sized doggy .pngs are the same - it'd be cool to have a death anim for 
them!

They're the annoying fuel-sapping, homing thingies the Chenjesu ship deploys 
(http://wiki.uqm.stack.nl/Broodhome). Formal name: D.O.G.I.

Done. There's also about 12 frames of animation for the unexploded DOGIs.

Verified. The animations are now implemented into the 640x480 and 1280x960 
modes!
