Weather "Class 5" not displayed correctly (easy fix)

Does this bug appear at other resolutions?
yes, all.

See Image, concerning Alpha Chandrasekhar-II.
Not a corrupted save file either, checked on another save. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the Weather "Class 5" is in purple, not in yellow or red

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

v0.7.0 , Win7

other worlds show it in yellow already at wheather "Class 3"

Checked on several worlds, all with class 5 weather are displayed in purple, 
suppose that's an easy fix ^^
