640x480: Half-pixel button placements in meleemenu-000.png #193

The 'quit' button is drawn into different place than the 'quit' in the 
supermelee menu main graphic. This can be fixed by tweaking the .ani file.

Also, could the lower 'net...' button be placed in-line with the other buttons? 
If the top one doesn't fit in-line, that's ok. But the lower one looks quite-a 
jarring now that it is not in line with the others.

I've fixed the lower 'net...' and 'quit' button placements.

However, there's again the issue of half-pixel placements. The buttons 
currently can't be perfectly aligned with the buttons in meleemenu-000.png 
because some of them are half-a-pixel in wrong place. That's something I can't 
fix easily. Can you do it?

Also, the empty box under the "battle" button should be removed - it is not 
completely obscured by the battle button nor the ship info box.
