640x480: Several outfit screen graphic thingies #209

It's ping-pong time again :-s. Man, I hate tweaking that outfit screen...

The screenshot says:

a) The empty slots of the green turning jets should be made to match the places 
where the jets are currently drawn. Currently the empty slots are 
less-than-one-pixel apart, making the jet placement impossible to fix via code.

b) Ditto for the red thrusters' empty slots, in both side and top view image.

c) Some modules graphics are centered wrong in the y direction (also the dynamo 
from top view although I forgot to circle it here).

d) This bug is because of the outfitmodules -056, 057, 058 and 059 .pngs are 
missing.

Ok, things are looking much better now!

The frontmost emptyslot graphic is wrong though... see the screenshot.

Almost there!

The top view ship's left-hand green jets are still a bit misaligned with the 
-000.png's empty slot graphics. Also, one of the right-hand side jets has one 
pixel off.

Naturally, also the bomb and the escape pod & 'no room for landers' needs 
correct placement.

Verified. Although the "No room for landers/Escape pod is still lo-res, I'll 
make a separate issue of it (This issue is getting quite cluttered.)
