Request: Sub-Menu show up when Landing.

Request: 
To make it easier to decide what minerals are the more valuable, a mineral 
value chart under the crew info would help a lot. I've created the sub-menus, 
would just need them implemented.

ui/Submenu-000.png (starting gray background, to erase previous field)
ui/Submenu-001.png Mineral Info.

I've started to work on this. This is a nice idea that'll make the learning 
curve easier for new players.
