1280x960 and 640x480: Burvix and Umgah Casters needs final graphics #221

Just reminding that the Burvix caster is still a recolored Umgah caster in 
1280x960 and 640x480. Also, in 1280x960 the transparency has glitches (I bet 
all it takes to fix that is to edit the transparency number in .ani file.)

Also, the Umgah caster is unanimated at least in 640x480. Updating title 
accordingly.

Fixed. Umgah Caster, Burvix caster, and Aqua helix done. May need to be tested.
