1280x960, 640x480 and 320x240: Credit roll background and fonts need to be re-loaded after switching resolution #237

When switching from one resolution mode to another, the credit roll background 
and fonts need to be destroyed and reloaded. This can be done the same way the 
main menu graphics are destroyed and reloaded.

This needs to be programmed, naturally.

Currently the old fonts and bg are retained which looks buggy. However, this 
doesn't occur too often so it's not so important an issue.
