1280x960 and 640x480: Ur-quan fighter sml graphics' size varies #241

The red little fighters that Ur-Quan dreadnought launches have a minor glitch 
in their .sml sized graphics. It seems that the fighter's size varies according 
to its orientation.

The .big and .med are ok, but in .sml the sprites are always 7x8 pixels (in 
1280x960) regardless of the orientation, leading to the fighter to be smaller 
when going sideways than when going vertically.

This is pretty minor though. The .sml fighters are hardly visible on the screen 
anyways, so do this if you wanna...

Verified. The .sml fighters look wider in some orientations in 640x480, but 
it's not too bad.
