1280x960 and 640x480: Tanaka is missing melee captain graphics #246

There seems to be oldscout-000.png which has Tanaka graphics for supermelee, 
but it is different in size from the healthy shofixti graphics. 

Also, there are no proper oldscout-001...015 pngs. Otherwise the 
scout-001...015 could be used, but since the Tanaka gfx (at least currently) 
have different proportions, they mismatch.
