Add missing Mycon audio files. #247

Ever since the 3DO version was released, there's been a bug of missing audio 
from the Mycon that was in the DOS version. This was never fixed in UQM.  This 
has caused many to get stuck. 

We've got the missing audio inserted. Just need it running in the game, and any 
text to match.

Audio files added into the game, and texts matched!

This will need verifying though. 43 and 55 were easy to test as they are the 
hellos upon encountering the first Mycon spaceship and entering the sun device 
planet for the first time. However, hearing the 66 would require some playing 
(namely hatching the Mycon slaughter plan with Talana and then trying to 
convince the sun device planet Mycons to go to Organon).

If you don't have a suitable savegame handy, then let's leave this to 
AwakenedEyes' keen eyes...
