Yehat rebels never stop blinking

Which resolution are you using? (important!)
4x at 1366x768

Does this bug appear at other resolutions?
Yes. Tried 2x, windowed, as well.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start the Yehat rebellion
2. Talk to a Yehat rebel fleet

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Yehat should blink occasionally. Instead, only with the rebels, they blink 
repeatedly; the blinking animation just never stops playing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Beta 1 on Trisquel 6 (a variant of Ubuntu 12.04), using the Ubuntu 12.04 
packages.

Please provide any additional information below.
This is only with the rebels. The pre-war Yehat and royalist Yehat have the 
blink animation working properly (i.e. only once in a while rather than 
continuous).

The blinking has pbeen put to an end by r1360.
