4x setup menu "panels" don't align with the menu options

Does this bug appear at other resolutions?
Nope

The "panels" behind the setup menu options are a good idea: they look cool when 
they align with the setup menu options.

There's a problem however when we increase the number of options in the code. 
The panels are stationary so their number won't increase. After adding an 
option to a menu, the panels don't align anymore.

It might be wiser to remove the panels from 4x and keep the menus as they are 
in 1x and 2x, what do you think?
