Teleporting into Sa-Matra, ships spawning into planets #282

Which resolution are you using? (important!)
1280x960

When I fight the Sa-Matra with an Arilou ship, it sometimes get transported 
into the asteroid shield and then explodes.

Also, sometimes (at least VUX) ships spawn right into planets upon starting the 
battle. This doesn't kill them outright, but does cause damage upon "hitting" 
the planet.
