Outfit screen - tail text redraw #288

Which resolution are you using? (important!)
1280x960 (windowed)

Does this bug appear at other resolutions?
yes - 640x480, but not 320x240

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. At Outfit Starship screen, add or remove Ion-Bolt Gun module in tail slot.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Text in bottom-left after "TAIL:" displays "NONE" overlapped with "GUN", 
instead of just one or the other.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
HD Beta 1, Windows 7 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.
Graphics: Radeon HD 5870, Catalyst 15.3 beta driver
