Quasi-Space stars effect is in low resolution #44

When stars (portal back to hyper space) are shining in the quasi space, the 
shining effect seems to be in low res (we can see squares and pixels) - see 
capture

In my memory in the original game, they were depicted as a bubbles, it really 
looked like a glass bubble through which we could see the red of hyperspace.
Shouldn't all the other hyperspace effects (swirling stars, shooting stars etc) 
be green too, not red, in quasi space?

Portals are tiny or non existent. quasispace-005.png should be the Arilou 
planet, various quasi-holes are found in nav/quasispace*.  With the exception 
of an animated quasihole around the planet, we should have all the necessary 
graphics.
