Units of measurement #72

I'd like to see the ability to change from km to miles, meters to feet, etc., regardless of where in the world you are searching. If it's there, I can't find it. :)

Just like to add my desire for this, as I can't switch the odometer in the car over to km (and the road system in the UK uses miles as the primary measure)
