I've successfuly updated to big sur, using the patcher, but now when i plug in a pair of headphones nothing happens, the sound continues to come from the laptop speakers. AirPods Pro also keep connecting and disconnecting, but sound never plays through anything other than the laptop speakers. Not sure if there is also a Bluetooth issue or not...
Later Edit: managed to fix bluetooth and now Airpods are working. Apparently it's a big sur bug, not related to the patcher. Headphone jack still not working
Later Later Edit. Managed to fix the headphone jack by resetting the NVRAM. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204063 - FYI, you need to do an EFI boot after that (step 9).
Later Later Later Edit: apparently the NVRAM fix is only temporary. My mac went to sleep and after restart it doesn't work anymore. So the only temporary fix for it is frequently resetting the NVRAM. But not sure how that affects any other things.
