You create a new patched usb and use it to reinstall macOS, just like the initial upgrade.

the patcher can no longer be started with 11.1

The patcher is not made to enable Apple updates. It relies on new standalone install packages to be published by Apple.

Since my own 11.1 installer is working fine for weeks now there must be another problem you are hiding from us. The stock micropatcher as well as my fork work fine with Big Sur 11.1.

What goes wrong when you start the patcher? We're not magicians, we need context.
